Jan Punčochář is perhaps inconspicuous and for some even unknown. But in any case, he is a great gastro personality. This autumn he continues in the KOISHI vs GUESTS 0:1 series.

On November 7, Honza will join the KOISHI kitchen. With the support of the Martin Babica team, he will create a multiple-course menu.

After many years of work in the Le Terroir restaurant, Punčochář is now operating in the excellent Grand Cru restaurant in Prague.

For (not only) Brno gourmets it will surely be an unforgettable experience.
