we serve a little surprise
in a traditional Japanese lacquered box – bento.
and a bowl of steamed Japanese rice. Every week, the Chef Martin Babica prepares a hot fish or meat specialty and salad of fresh vegetables, fruit, and seaweed, and Takao Kuroki adds a couple of sushi pieces.
