This year’s theme is DUEL.
Our new chef’s (Martin Babica) specialties will compete for your favor in Europe vs. Asia duel.
Entertainer Tomáš Matonoha and his secret opponent will measure their strengths as well.
It is highly unlikely tuna and catfish will win the duel with our Japanese Sushimaster, Mr. Saito… traditionally. But you will certainly enjoy them on grill more than him.
Jaromír Gala, who this year became a first Czech winemaker to win Decanter World Wine Awards with 98/100 points, will welcome you with a glass of Moravian sparkling wine.
Many of other wines will be available and believe that they will fit perfectly with the oysters. The Wine Up company is (among others) also preparing wines from Chablis!
Also look forward to Bonovino’s Spanish delicacies, Italian slow-food products from the Caminati spouses and artisan pâtés from Jelínek’s spouses.
In addition to possibly of winning an oyster opening competition, you’ll likely win something from many prizes in the raffle.
