Tomáš Matonoha and Pavel Liška are our traditional moderators of this event. The adrenaline filled oyster opening competition was not always only fun. Miloš Knor, a comedian, and Janko Martinkovič, the owner of Koishi, prepared a special surprise for guests upon their return from a Paul McCartney concert dressed up in Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band garb.
This year’s oyster offer was from David Herve’s Breton Family Farm and was complemented by Bonovino German Riesling selection.
At the PETIT CRU wine bar, guests could taste other specialties such as homemade Italian sausages and cheeses by the Caminatis.
Of course, the most important thing was not missing! Sophisticated menu with or without oysters from Petr Fučík’s kitchen and freshly grilled swordfish arranged in front of the guests by our sushi master Noritada Saito.
